Prayer in Church

Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer are said in church on most days. See the Pewsheet area for times. These are short services with a long history going back to the monastic services before the Reformation. Morning Prayer takes about half an hour and Evening Prayer about twenty minutes.

There are usually a small group who meet for these and new people are very welcome. As with all of our acts of worship, these give us an opportunity to join in prayer with people all around the world.
