Badminton

Welcome to our badminton group, which meets each Friday night from 8.00 - 10.00 p.m.,  in the Millennium Centre Hall, Ravensdale Road.

All are welcome to join the group of adults and children who meet each Friday, during school term time, to play badminton, chat and generally catch up with each other’s news.

There is one doubles court, so the more the merrier, because it gives those who are not playing a chance to catch their breath!  We are a friendly group, although not fiercely competitive or adept, but we’re willing to improve and share what skills we have with anyone keen to join us.

We pay £2.00 per session to cover the hire costs of the court, but concessions can be made for children (on limited incomes!)
